Claims

Damaged goods are your responsibility. All claims for breakage must be made with the freight carrier. In the unlikely event of breakage, be sure to save outer carton(s) as well as all inner contents and notify your carrier immediately for a prompt inspection. Should you discard carton(s) or damaged contents your claim will not be honored. Title to goods passes to purchaser at F.O.B. point and all recourse for damaged goods rests with the carrier and not Crystal Blanc.

Guarantee

Please be aware that minor bubbles, wrinkles and other variations are inherent to even the finest glassware and crystal and are not considered defects. All items will be inspected for major defects prior to shipping. Please refer to the quality index on this page for specifics on each item. Items meeting the standards as published in quality index are not returnable. All items are sent completely blank unless requested otherwise. Patterns available for certain items – see etched texture guide.

Minimum Order

The minimum quantity for each item is indicated on the price list. However, there is no minimum dollar amount.

Out of Stock Items

In the event that you should order an out of stock item, you will be notified immediately upon receipt of your order.

Prices

All prices are effective through December 31, 2010. Prices subject to change due to fluctuations in currency.

Returns

All items should be inspected upon receipt. Returns or claims must be made within one week of receiving merchandise. No returns without prior authorization. Restocking charge 15%.

Shipping

Orders are shipped no later than the next business day from receipt of order. Should same day shipping be required please inquire with customer service. Unless specified otherwise, orders are shipped UPS ground with freight charges added to the invoice. For orders requiring express shipping contact customer service for quotation. C.O.D. orders will incur a $9.00 C.O.D. charge.

Visa, MasterCard, and American Express are accepted. Open account (net 30 days) extended to qualified accounts only. Please send credit references if you desire to be on open account.


General Information for Etched Items

Artwork

All orders should be accompanied by clean, black and white artwork. Artwork submitted in grayscale or color will incur an art charge. Photocopies, faxes, matchbooks, letterheads, photographs, etc. are also subject to art charges.

Digital Artwork

Digital artwork submitted must have been created in Adobe Illustrator CS3 or below on the Macintosh platform. Artwork may be sent on a CD or DVD. Images must be vector based (raster images are not acceptable). Images must be black and white only – no color, grayscale or halftones accepted. Please include all fonts used and/or create outlines. A complete printout of artwork sent on disk must accompany your order.

E-Mailing Art

We can receive artwork via E-Mail at art@crystalblanc.com Please compress file using stuff-it prior to sending via E-Mail.
